Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Communications Manager with good experience in pharma communications and change management communications.
This is a long term contracting role planned to start beginning of April 2017 until the end of March 2018.

Key Responsibilities
- Development of key internal communications deliverables such as key messages, Q&As, leadership communications and ad-hoc media materials
- Day-to-day contact for selected internal stakeholders and agency, when required
- Management of the review and approval process for the different communications deliverables
- Project management, ensuring progression and tracking of tactical implementation
- In collaboration with the Communications Lead, develop and maintain the communication strategy to support the GDO business strategy
Ideal Profile:
- Min. 5+ years of experience in pharma communications, change management communications
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience of working in large change organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field (Science-related, Communications, Journalism or equivalent)
- Strong experience in giving positive feedback from business partners and communications colleagues on quality, timeliness and relevance of communications materials
