SAP Training Manager - S/4 HANA Finance- This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced SAP Trainer to join a global financial service organisation.
Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in SAP Simple Finance S4 Hana modules, business analysis and testing
- Proven track record operating as a trainer, structuring and delivering high quality training solutions as part of large, complex, multi-geography, multi-year transformations
- Able to articulate benefits of key organizational training activities and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to travel as needed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English
Your tasks:
- Building a bridge between defined SAP S/4HANA Finance functional requirements and finance processes into training content
- Translating complex, technical solutions into a concise articulation of training
- Assessing training needs, identifying, analysing and preparing appropriate training strategies
- Developing training materials based on SAP business requirements, processes and use case information
- Manage training design and definition of roles and responsibilities to cascade training effectively through the organization
- Delivering face to face and virtual trainings to end-users
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring training and proficiency progress
