Educational Background: certificated computer science training course
Specialization: Communications, electronics, computer science, and related specialization.
Work experience:
3 years of experience in information technology/communications or related work experience.
Good experience of IT helpdesk, Windows troubleshooting, network troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Windows troubleshooting experience
Basic network knowledge
Huawei or Cisco systems experience is preferred
Get international professional certification is preferred such as CCNA/CCNP
Ability to work in a standalone role
