Beschreibung

A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for an Agile Transformation Lead / Change Manager. The client’s target is to improve the quality of deliverables by unifying and standardizing the approach of implementing changes. Agile transformation is one of the main aspects within this role and our client would like to make the requirements gathering, analysis, implementation and delivery more consistent across sub-team but at the same time more agile.

Tasks
• Analyze the current setup and create a roadmap / proposal for current and future setup.
• Assess how the Product Owners and Business Analysts are gathering the requirements.
• Assess how teams interact and how this can be changed / improved (Business Analysis, De-velopment, Testing and Release Management).
• Assess Product Owners and other Team Member dynamics.
• Standardize methodology approaches and incorporate agile principles and delivery.
• Standardize the lean and agile training across the teams.
• Coach the IT Owners as well as Business Owners with the new / updated setups.
• Train the Team Members on requirements, modelling and elicitation in general.
• Show-case the improvements and provide feasibility and maintainability of the proposals.

Requirements
• A Bachelor/Master degree in an IT related field or equivalent.
• Solid experience in agile/scrum project methods.
• Strong experience of product development, SDLC and various Project Management methodologies.
• More than a year’s experience of coaching agile team(s), preferably from the initiation of a transformation from a traditional waterfall model.
• Experience with proven modern practices such as Visual Modelling, UML, Refactoring, Unit Testing, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration etc.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform or similar ITSM platform is a plus.

Soft Skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and coaching skills.
• Good communication skills, highly committed, energetic, proficient, reliable.
• Great analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus.
