Technical Analyst (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Handle general PC, telephony and audio visual problem management and resolution
- 2nd and 3rd level support for users in Switzerland and remote offices in Europe
- Work with remote teams to ensure the infrastructure environments achieve maximum up-time
- Follow standard practice and procedures to provide solutions within standards and policies
- Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Control
- Working with external systems and service providers to facilitate the resolution of problems
- Travel to other European locations to carry out support tasks
Your qualifications
- Experience with the following products: Windows 7/Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
- Good knowledge working with PC/LAN environments
- Experience regarding server installation, configuration and administration, PC imaging
- Experience with Video Conference equipment and with configuring laptops and desktops
- Good hardware knowledge
- English and French speaker
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic personality
