Senior Business Analyst (BI/BW) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Manage the solution delivery of your business domain, BI solutions for Manufacturing and Site Services
- Consult partners in Manufacturing / Site services to find best analytic solutions for problems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of their function
- Balance innovation with landscape simplicity and thus identify the right BI solution technology including SAP, non-SAP and cloud solutions for the given challenge
- Collaborate with your partners in Manufacturing/Site services in the best way to ensure an optimized implementation and high level of adoption
- Guide, coordinate and oversee the development work of your external onsite and offsite BI developers to ensure best design, adherence to standards, quality of work, and robustness of solutions
- Manage smaller initiatives or work with internal or external project managers on bigger initiatives under your responsibility
- Oversee the budget of your projects and enhancements and ensure proper cost allocation
Your qualifications
- Professional IT or business experience in a major, global organization and profound experience in consulting and development of Business Intelligence solutions with experience in SAP/BW
- Advanced practical experience with reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects or Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of operational business processes in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills and a can-do attitude in order to solve complex problems
- Strong consulting, negotiation and influencing skills and ability to communicate to technical & business audience
- English & German proficiency
- International, goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in project management, Big data and Data Science technologies, such as Hadoop, Predictive Analytics or R is considered a plus
