Beschreibung

A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Coordinator in the area of Learning and Development to take function as a subject matter professional, planning various learning initiatives and programs.

Tasks
• Maintaining of the training catalogue and providing insights into what needs to be added, changed or deleted to offer a state-of-the-art training catalogue.
• Marketing of all training offerings within the EMEA location.
• Steering the planning process for all training and development interventions.
• Communication with internal and external providers and suppliers for course delivery.
• Scheduling of trainings, booking of trainers, and defining learning material.
• Preparation and updating of training materials for the participants.
• Coordination and planning for participants (request schedule, manage cancellations), handling of participants registration and applications (incl. data management and line manager approvals).
• Ensuring high quality of services and a smooth collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Service Delivery Team.
• Preparation and execution of feedback sessions in coordination with the Learning Consult-ants.
• Participating in selected training /classroom sessions to perform observation of trainers for quality assurance.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong administration skills with attention to detail. High focus on execution and results.
• Passionate about education, training and development.

Soft Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities in parallel.
• Effective and winning communication, influencing, consulting and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced to take responsibility to deliver against demanding projects or initiatives and meet criteria of time, cost, quality and performance.
• High flexibility, ability to manage changing priorities and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
