Aufgaben
• Run the created framework and use it to make sure all the figures are properly reported and the KPIs are up to date.
• Cross-check if the capacity planning is accurate and identify gaps.
• Control all the figures related to the customer’s portfolio.
• Cross-check operational reports figures (Delivery KPI / IMPM KPI / Monitors).
• Set-up and maintain the Jira Project and SharePoint Sites.
• Create User manuals for UI applications.
• Prepare team meetings and keep track of follow-ups and action items.
• Support refining PowerPoints and make presentations more appealing.
Anforderungen
• Experience with setting-up simple but sustainable reporting framework.
• Experience in reporting on Project Portfolio KPIs (Resources, Time, Quality of deliverable).
Soft Skills
• Autonomous working style.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution orientated.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
