Tasks
• Support the Suitability Competence Centre in daily business activities, e.g. monitoring activi-ties and pre-trade validation desk.
• Provide guidance to front and advisory units with regard to suitability-related questions.
• Support implementing/changing new rules as well as in projects affecting the Suitability Competence Centre.
• Support maintenance, requirements development and information provision on the bank’s investment suitability framework.
• Actualize intranet content of Suitability Competence Centre.
• Support development and production of suitability related state-of-the-art monitoring frame-work.
Requirements
• Commercial employee apprenticeship, equivalent, or higher.
• Working experience in the area of suitability / KAG / consumer protection / Compliance / su-pervision.
• Comprehension of workflows and processing in banking.
Soft Skills
• Client and service-centred.
• Persistent, diligent and reliable.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken. French would be an advantage.
