For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager and a Risk Analyst

Start: ASAP

Duration: initial contract of 6 months

Location: Zurich

As Enterprise Risk Manager will you be responsible to enhance efficiency and robustness of the current spreadsheet-based manual stress testing aggregation and reporting process by adjusting processes, tools, etc. You will conduct business requirement documentation for a specific stress testing framework and process in the context of the upcoming long-term bank-wide strategic implementation of the stress testing process. As well establish auditable documentation on the recently set up stress testing framework and on the operational process including applied stress testing concept and key assumptions. Another responsibility is providing support on stress testing reporting in terms of operation and report design.

Key skills for this role are:

  • Deep understanding of risk management at banks; particularly of stress testing concepts and processes within banks
  • Experience with stress testing and/or risk reporting within banks, esp. with writing of business requirement and process documentation
  • Professional skills with Access, Excel & VBA (further automatization of manual process) and Word.
  • Strong analytical thinking to pick up dependencies and requirements quickly and analyze implications.
  • Spoken and written German would be an advantage

As a Risk Analyst in this project, you are responsible for managing the setup and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all relevant stakeholders outside the bank and coordinating the content of SLAs with different stakeholders. You will have to ensure that appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place and can be monitored/reported.

Key skills for this role are:

  • Experience with setup of Service Level Agreements (incl. definition of KPIs)
  • Good organization, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Strong team player with ability to work across different areas and engage key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking to pick up dependencies and requirements quickly and analyze implications.
  • Professional skills in MS Office.
  • Excellent spoken and written German (preferred) and English (must).
