BPM Consultant

We are currently looking for a Consultant with solid experience in BPM in order to optimize and drive forward the digitization of existing business processes and workflows. Our client is a dynamic financial service provider in Zurich. This is a contract-based assignment.
Tasks
- Analyse and document existing business processes and workflow solutions
- Evaluate potential 3rd party solutions suitable for a possible integration into the existing systems landscape
- Drive the implementation of new processes according to common best practice standards
- Liaise with IT department, external vendors and other stakeholders across the organization
- Act as an expert for Business Process Modelling on other projects within the organization
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar role as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Project Manager or Consultant
- Experience in system analysis and system integration
- Intl. recognized Business Analysis and/or Project Management certification
- Background in Banking & Finance
- Good knowledge of 3rd party Workflow/BPM solutions
- Excellent English (spoken and written), German or 1 other language a plus
