For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Risk Analyst - Risk Appetite/Stress Testing (4178)
The successful candidate will be working in the Risk Framework & Stress Testing Team, maintaining adequate risk governance processes, defining the risk appetite, analysing specific stress scenarios, and evaluating capital adequacy while ensuring consistency of the risk framework and stress testing.
Your Qualifications:
* Experience with setup of Service Level Agreements (incl. definition of KPIs)
* Good organization, coordination and negotiation skills
* Professional skills in MS Office
* Strong team player with ability to work across different areas and engage key stakeholders
* Strong analytical thinking to pick up dependencies and requirements quickly and analyze implications
* Ability to communicate and document topics clearly and effectively
* Willingness and ability to produce high quality, accurate work, to tight deadlines
* Multiple years of working experience within Financial industry, preferably Risk or Finance
* Fluent in English, German would be astrong asset
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the setup and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all relevant stakeholders outside
* Coordinate content of SLAs with Risk Functions and COO
* Ensure appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place and can be monitored/reported
* Incorporate IPO assumptions and requirements into the SLAs by coordinating with Legal, Finance, etc.
* Support the overall Risk Appetite documentation and ensure that the SLAs are strongly aligned in terms of Roles and Responsibilities, KPIs, etc.
