Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Manage travel booking, congress registration and produce expenses claims, support team members by obtaining visas
- Visitors registration and management, organize meetings, team events and dinners, order office supply, onboard new staff
- Create purchase orders (SRM) and check invoices for approval as well as keep track of budget
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipment to and from internal and external warehouses, support team members with production of new materials
- SharePoint administration, manage and update database, distribution list, internal and external organizational chart as needed
- Provide administrative support in organizing events, activities and for obtaining visas for participants from outside EU
Your qualifications
- Commercial degree or equivalent diploma (Eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis KV)
- Strong command of written and spoken English, German is of advantage
- Profound command of Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint and new media proficiency is beneficial
- In-depth experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Autonomous working style with a sense of responsibility
- Strong communicational and organizational skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
