A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Financial Service Supporter to join the Service Office Team. The team is responsible for the infrastructure services (e.g. WAN, LAN, Security Services, IP Telephony) provided by the client’s outsourcing partners.Workload 100%

Tasks
• Provide support to get all Network and Telephony products budgeted, purchased, delivered and paid.
• Support in Budget Management and Financial IT Service Management.
• Ensuring billing accuracy, penalty payments and dispute resolutions.
• Financial and commercial support for contract renewals, potential service transitions, potential business cases, actual RFPs, projects etc.
• Coordinate activities with various departments within the company: IT Procurement, IT Plan-ning & Controlling, IT-Controlling Operations, IT Sourcing, Accounts Payable etc.
• Build and maintain relationship with the key 3rd party suppliers.
• Identify process gaps and implement process improvements when necessary (automate & optimize).
Requirements
• Experience in one of these areas: finance/procurement/order management/vendor management/controlling.
• Basic understanding of IT.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel reporting and formula functions.
• Reporting and Smart Analytics skills.
• Experience with provider contracts, statements of works and SLAs.
• Experience in customer / client facing roles.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German is an advantage.
