In silico Toxicology expert (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Implementation of eTOXsys and eTSsys within the company's infrastructure in collaboration with IT
- Direct the implementation of system validation for data retrieval and data analysis within the eTOX/eTS databases
- Advise and direct the validation of predictive algorithms
- Conduct data mining as a prerequisite for structural alert development, interface with Medicinal Chemists and Investigative Toxicologists
- Bring in expertise about in silico prediction and QSAR models, and advise on strategic direction for future development
Your qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry or related fields
- PhD in Toxicology or a related field
- Extensive experience in the area of (Q)SARs
- Understanding of toxicological endpoints
- Knowledge of the design and application of databases
- Minimum knowledge in a programming language, preferably in Python
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
