For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an
Administrative Assistant 50% (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Schedule manager’s time using knowledge of priorities and time constraints
- Organize travel schedules, seminars, accommodation and program arrangement for visitors
- Organize internal and external conferences, consultant meetings, etc.
- Organize technical facilities in conference rooms
- Assume responsibility for ordering and tracking of office supplies/stationery/business cards via Ariba
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for departmental supplies and invoices on Ariba
- Act as proxy to the group in order to process Global Expenses
- Create surveys, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Control travel expenses/travel requests/invoices and ensure correct cost center/theme number
- Control resources (group’s working time) in Plansource
Your qualifications
- Commercial diploma or equivalent with in-depth work experience in an administrative environment
- Strong organization skills and business awareness
- Communication skills and customer service orientation
- Team player attitude
- Ability to communicate proactively
- Open-mindedness and flexibility
- Excellent command of English and German
- Proficiency using MS Office applications
