Tasks
• Manage execution phase (Time, costs, scope).
• Manage project team.
• Execution of some parts of the project like the communication part e.g. Flyer creation, definition, Intranet News, surveys etc.
• Organize and manage user trainings and communication.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services highly desired.
• Experience with project management with impact on the end user.
• Experience with projects between 1-3 Mio budget.
• Knowledge with end user computing training.
• Experience in setting up communication and training concepts in an international environment.
• Project management certificate like IPMA B/C or PMP.
• Didactics and communication background.
Soft Skills
• Very good communication skills in German (project team’s main communication language) and English (both in writing and speaking).
• Good sense for end-users and their language and requirements.
• Remains calm under stress.
• Team player which takes ownership.
• Creative mind which critically fits ideas to match company culture.
