Customer Support Officer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Assist the sales team in administrative tasks
- Solve or escalate order and logistics related requests
- Capture customer complains in the quality management system
- Handle and monitor all order types and order tracking
- Create debit and credit notes
- Maintain contracts in database
- Monitor accounts receivables and payment follow-up
- Capture market information in database
- Provide customers with all relevant product information
- Compile and prepare informational data as required
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration preferred
- Industry experience in similar role is mandatory
- Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English (additional languages skills are beneficial)
- SAP R/3 knowledge
