Your tasks:
- Administrative support for the Head of Patient Advocacy & Relations RE in day-to-day business (including calendar, management e-mails, meetings organisation and preparation, business trips)
- Proactively keep track of deadlines & follow-ups for supervisor
- Prepare meetings, events and workshop logistics
- Coordinate and archive documentation for RE Patient Advocacy meetings
- Manage the budget process for Patient Advocacy Cost Center/Internal Orders
- Budget management; creating of purchase orders according to purchasing guidelines
- Tracking budget movements (i.e. re-bookings, invoices and supervision in SAP) and quarterly reporting to Finance on budget spend
- Various staffing tasks(on-boarding, exits & changes in staff, ad-hoc requests)
Your qualifications
- Secondary school degree
- Solid working experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- State of the art office technologies knowledge (SAP, eshop, Windows)
- Team player mentality and a positive can-do attitude
