A Swiss Private Bank is looking for an Application Manager (f/m) for Investment Monitoring and Suitability Check Tools.Tasks
· Service Management:
·Support Service Owner in lifecycle planning of applications.
·Support IT Service Owner in defining and managing OLAs for IT Services (Applications) based on different service level agreements.
·Domain/Application:
·Write detailed documentation for the operation of the application.
·Maintain application system documentation.
·Architecture and standards:
·Support the solution architect in the definition of application specific architecture and solution, integrate into overall architecture.
·Design, Build, Test of IT Service:
·Support the impact analysis of new requirements on the application.
·Define and implement operations tasks for the application.
·Support the definition of test cases and test execution regarding the application.
·Participate in application test preparation and test execution.
·Operations:
·2nd level support for applications (incident analysis and resolution).
·Perform re-occurring maintenance tasks wherever necessary (e.g. data loads, regular check of IT logfiles, provide statistics related to the application).
Requirements
· Excellent understanding of MS SQL.
·Good knowledge in .NET.
·Understanding of software development/ customization processes.
· Experience in application management.
· Experience in 2nd/3rd Level Support.
· Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors.
· Knowledge in financial sector is a plus.
· SQL Certificates, .NET Certificates, Banking Certificates are a plus.
Soft Skills
· Fluency in English and German.
·Team player, very good organizational and excellent analytical skills.
· Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems.
·Commitment and passion for deliver high quality solutions with reasonable amount of effort.
