Application Specialist for investment monitoring (m/f)

Your tasks:
- 2nd level support for applications (incident analysis and resolution)
- Lifecycle management
- Support release introductions
- Perform re-occurring maintenance tasks wherever necessary (e.g. data loads, regular check of IT log files, provide statistics related to the application)
- Proactive planning and measures definition
- Experience with requirements engineering, translation of business requirements into IT solution design
Your qualifications
- Excellent understanding of MS SQL
- Good knowledge in MS .NET
- Understanding of software development/customization processes
- Experience in application management
- Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
- Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus
