Your tasks:
- Formulating and defining scope and objectives of project in collaboration with solution owner
- Ensuring communication of project goals, schedule baselines, and business direction
- Identifying relevant project stakeholders
- Establishing and implementing an appropriate communication plan to manage their requirements
- Delivering project on time, on approved budget, within quality limits, and with expected benefits
- Project Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency (RAID) Management
- Project Planning, Tracking, Control & Reporting
- Organizing and supervising appropriate involvement of project resources
- Ensuring compliance with project management methodology, SDLC, GxP and CSV
Your qualifications
- Profound work experience as SAP Information Technology Project Manager using structured project management processes
- Deep understanding of SDLCs including agile methodologies
- Demonstrated competencies in planning and tracking project schedules
- Proven ability to obtain results in a matrix environment
- Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, within IT and Business teams
- Good listening, problem solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
- Fluency in English; German is an asset
