A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Murex Engineer (Integration, Testing). This role for the FX Risk Management System will be part of a Front-to-Back Team handling trade flow to and from Murex, integration with other systems within the bank and designing and running tool based testing (both Onyx - a Murex tool - and in-house developed).Workload 100%

Tasks
• Implement, test and document interface functionality in Murex exchange both for legacy and new functionality.
• Maintain legacy code (Murex, Java, Shell Scripts) related to interfaces and testing tools.
• Plan, participate in and execute automatic tests.
• Coordinate, conduct, overview functional testing of project functionality.
• Participate in software releases and test management tasks for various projects.
• Support ongoing functionality of the platform.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in Investment Banking and Interest Rate Products.
• Good understanding of FX Trading.
• Profound technical and business knowledge of the platform MX (MX3.1.X).
• Proven experience implementing Murex exchange functionality.
• Experience in maintaining and writing Java applications.
• Extensive experience with XML and messaging based technologies.
• Additional skills within Murex (Datamart, Pre-Trade etc.) are considered a plus.
Soft Skills
• Willingness to perform a hands-on role with sizeable amount of testing setup and execution.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German is considered as a plus.
