For one of our clients we are looking for an experienced Loyalty campaign manager with experience in marketing projects around CRM/segmentation/email/loyalty programs to join an international team! Experience in working within a Matrix organisation is essential for this role. This contracting role has an ideal start in January 2017 and is for a full year. Work location is Zurich.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the management and delivery of a wide variety of email and loyalty campaigns from campaign objective, defining targeting criteria, creative briefing and delivery (via a third party), trafficking and analysis
- Communicate directly with business owners in order to coordinate decisions and actions
- Translate decisions into actions by independetly managing campaigns and solving potential issues
- Ensure that all campaigns meet brand guidelines as well as communication objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and look for testing and optimization opportunities in order to improve campaigns´ efficiencies and generate actionable insights
- Identify industry best practice within onsite, email and direct mail Loyalty Marketing and benchmarking own initiatives against competition
Ideal Profile
- At least 4 years experience in a comparable role with a focus on CRM/segmentation/email/loyalty programs
- Experience within an international Matrix organisation
- Good understanding of service level agreements
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
- Excellent communication skills, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Excellent English and German communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Jira experience an advantage as would experience with salesforce and a CMS tool
