Für unseren Kunden aus dem Automotive-Bereich sind wir für den Standort Schweiz aktuell auf der Suche nach einem HW-Entwickler (m/w) Engine Control Unit:Description:
- Collect requirements based on project internal needs
- Write the specification in English for Hardware Engine Control Unit (Inputs, Outputs,
Environmental tests etc)
- Review the specification with the Hardware supplier to get common agreement on
requirement
- Ensure the conformity of the delivered specification and product from the supplier
- Provide product documentation to other project stakeholders (software, validation, sensors & actuators, calibration, engine team)
- Drive the supplier during prototype phase and until the start of production
- Manage serial life product obsolescence based on supplier change request (Product Change Notice - PCN, Product Termination Notification - PTN)
Skills / Knowledge:
- Input / Output interfaces description (pull-up, pull-down, Analog, Digital, PWM, H Bridge,
CAN, Ground, Supply etc),
- Environment validations (ISO 16750 etc)
- Design Validation & Process Validation
- Engine control unit hardware (housing, header & connector, ventpill)
- Packaging and installation guidelines
- Documentation (drawing, Lastenheft/Pflichtenheft, tests plan, tests reports)
- Supplier management
- Organized, methodic
- Specification writing skills
- Communication skills
- Network skills
- Accurate
- Automotive experience
- Fluent in German, English and French
- Experience in the same position is required
