Business Operations Specialist wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelors or Masters in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field
- 10+ years´ work experience required
- Solid knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
- Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
- Profound knowledge of analysing business trends and project future revenues and expenses
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Reviewing and approving contracts, cost proposals, contract supplements and the documentation of business processes
- Approving project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets as well as approving project and work breakdown structures
- Consulting with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals
- Predicting potential budget overruns and offer suitable solutions
- Preparing sub-agreements and reviewing sub-consultant invoices to ensure contact compliance
