For a project at our insurance client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst - Process Design/PEGA (3718)
Our customer brings together various systems, which will also affect the customer service process. The candidate assumes responsibility for the process analysis and definition to support the strategic basic orientation in the interplay of products, processes and functions. In this role, they report to the project leader of the entire workflow.
Your Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of common methods, tools and frameworks for business analysis and process management
* Experience with process design and PEGA (Workflow Solution)
* Knowledge of ARIS (process documentation) would be a strong asset
* Excellent communication skills between stakeholders on all business levels
* Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
* Analysing the existing customer service processes in order to transfer these optimally into the overall process map
* Collaboration with business architects, specialists from the customer service and the team of specialists responsible for the overall process map
* Report the relationship between BPM, roles and functions for service teams, including appropriate KPIs and SLAs within the process steps
* Responsible for the analysis of the current processes and report the necessary adjustments
* You will be the contact person for the business (customer service), the business architect and the project manager
* Document the actual and/or target processes
