For a 6 months project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a experienced,
Business Analyst - Finance IT/IFRS)
In order to implement IFRS9 we are looking for a Business Analyst for the analysis and specification of changes of our clients' wealth management ledger system including the onboarding of new legal entities. Your role is to analyse requirements, data and the impact of regulary changes as well as designing new solutions.
Your Qualifications
- 8+ years' Experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in applying business analysis techniques
- SQL knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Accounting knowledge and policies is a plus
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- Fluent in English (German is appreciated but not a must)
Your Responsibilities
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist the designer in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like analysing ledger, static and rule data and conducting stakeholder and SME interviews
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Specifiying and performing tests
- Collaborate with different partners of globally distributed team
