For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zürich, we are looking to staff a Technology Lead (JBoss BPM) to start on 03 Oct, 2016
Job Description
• Lead the development of automated workflows, including process discovery, modelling, and development.
• Work closely with a growing base of business users and software engineers to develop software systems to automate and integrate processes into complex IT environments.
• Help build modern solutions that rely on services and scale using best practices. Supports setup of workflow environment, including application servers, database servers, and supporting configuration management and deployment processes.
• Work with the stakeholders to discover and document as-is processes, model the to-be processes, and develop user stories, and user journey maps.
• Lead the development team in planning iterations, user stories, and development sprints.
Must Haves
• University degree with major course in IT, computer science or similar
• 5+ years working experience
• Demonstrated experience as a strong Senior Java JEE developer with large scale successful SOA implementations
• Solid demonstrated object oriented software development experience with JAVA, J2EE technologies
• Solid development experience with XML technologies such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT, etc Strong development experience with developing Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, JAX-WS, XML , RESTful, WS-Security Experience with application messaging and integration technologies
• Have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills Expertise with SOA system implementations using JBoss Business Process Management (JBPM), JBoss Business Rules Management System (JBRMS) - DROOLS Guvnor, Planner, Expert, Fusion, WebSphere Registry
• English fluently
• Ability to set an example for team members by portraying self-motivation, a focus on client delivery, preparedness, organization, a positive attitude and respect for others
• Excellent analytical and visualization skills
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution orientated
• Quick learner
• Willing to stick on given project methodology, able to work in an agile environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and transparent across all levels within Technology, Business and Operations
