Senior Business Process Analyst/Business Project manager wanted within an international bank in Zurich.
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience in the financial services industry
- Broad and deep knowledge in Business Process Analyses and Business Project Management with > 8 years experience
- Expertise in banking operations especially securities processing with experience in the Asset Servicing and/or Custody &Transfers Area
- Demonstrable change management experience
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management as well as with people on operational level
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
- High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
- Experience with managing 3rd parties (eg vendors) or driving and managing a RFP is an asset
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German is very beneficial
Your tasks:
- Work and communicate effectively with senior management as well as with people on operational level
- Interpret and compile information in order to provide stakeholders and management with adequate information
- Support the implementation of new business operating models working in partnership with vendors.
