Your tasks:
- Assisting with the HP ALM rollout planning and progress monitoring
- Supporting users with the ALM process and in using HP ALM tools
- Helping to create guideline documents for IT processes
- Conducting training sessions in HP ALM
- Carrying out quality assurance and validation activities in IT projects and in the operational use of applications
Your qualifications
- Experience in the use of HP ALM in a regulated environment
- Good communication and team skills
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken), other foreign languages would be an asset
- IT technician, engineer or similar professional experience
- Experience in IT projects and quality assurance
