Your tasks:
- Develop and qualify global secondary and tertiary packaging solutions for sterile products
- Ensure compliance with international regulations
- Maintenance of global packaging solutions
- Work autonomously on complex tasks or several parallel tasks and projects, set priorities and fulfil deadlines
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner
- Regularly communicate project status, critical issues and events of the project to the project leader, stakeholders and line function
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with an engineering degree in packaging, materials science, or a related field
- Experience in packaging development and pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and test standards including shock, drop and vibration testing, peel force testing, barrier analysis
- Knowledge of packaging equipment, related to sterile packaging activities
- Knowledge of IQ, OQ and PQ equipment and development of qualification protocols/reports for packaging activities
- English skills (written and spoken) are essential, knowledge of German is an asset
