Desk Side Support required for our client based in Wallisellen near Zurich, Switzerland - the role consists performing basic installations, provides hardware break-fix, troubleshooting, hardware component replacement. Perform IMAC (installations, moves and changes) in a client environment to computer-related products (Dell, Compaq, HP etc.) also may be required to provide basic desk side support. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Experience in supporting Audio Visual equipment is preferred. Candidate must speak fluent in German and have good English and maintain a high degree of professionalism in action, demeanor and dress.
