Senior PMO wanted for our international Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence would be a plus
- Familiarity with Project Portfolio tool, OnePPM would be an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Communicating and coordinating with different streams as a single point of contact
- Acting as personal assistant to the head of the IT department head and selective direct reports
- Supporting meetings and workshops of the management team such as coordinating logistics, preparing materials etc.
- Performing communications and management data administration (e.g. maintaining departmental SharePoint, assisting in tracking KPIs and financials)
- Facilitating the IT Workforce management activities
