Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3582 for a Business Analyst (f/m) MiFID II for Asset Management.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for the requirements engineering and specification of the target system features. In a close direct interaction with business, the candidate needs to understand and improve business demand by adapting the system features and the corresponding interfaces. He or she needs to be able to challenge the business requirements, discuss the available options and to highlight the technological risk and impacts of those options. As the Project team is located on different locations the candidate is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of key peoples in terms of requirements and has to proactively drive the Business- and IT stakeholders.
Corporate language for any documentation is English, understanding and communicating in German is an advantage.
Tasks
• Business Analysis for MiFID II and Derivatives Reform Regulation.
• Requirements gathering from business.
• Application requirement specification creation based on business requirements.
• Business support in regards to requirement specification.
• Requirements tractability through development and QA test cases.
Requirements
• 5+years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with regulatory projects.
• Working experience in the Asset Management area.
• Excellent knowledge of financial products.
• Good knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Indicators, Performance Scenarios and Cost Calculation.
• Good knowledge of MiFID II and EMIR (PRIIPS knowledge would be an advantage).
• Stakeholder Management experience including Senior Management.
• Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written form) and interpersonal skills.
• A very good command of English (spoken and written form); German is a plus.
• Be able to work under pressure in challenging projects.
