Technical Architect
My very large client is currently hiring a Technical Architect for a long term project. The initial contract will be for 6 to 12 months with option for renewal thereafter based on performance. The Technical Architect will be working in a popular European location and enjoy an excellent rate of pay. Description and requirements:
Conduct technical analysis sessions with clients and project teams to understand the unique functional and technical client needs and processes, analysing business diagnostics, system architecture and technical integration; install, configure, and set up JDA proprietary retail products; create the technical design and integration architecture for the to-be process and customize the product workflows and user interface(UI) based on client requirements and retail industry standards; provide technical support including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming; provide guidance and support to project teams on all technical aspects of the to-be process.
- Leads the design and supports the build and delivery of application upgrades
- Architects, constructs and de-bugs highly complex interfaces between JDA applications and Legacy systems (SAP, EDW, Flex PTC PLM)
- Provides advanced problem-solving and support for one or more applications
- Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement in batch schedules
- Trouble shoots and provides root cause analysis
- Proficient in guiding and leading both onshore and offshore technical teams
- Participates in on-call support
