HR Associate Switzerland (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Act as primary HR point of contact for a selected Swiss population
- Provide HR processes and services incl. personnel, time and payroll administration and policy queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction while focusing on fast, qualitative and adequate service delivery
- Manage contract issuing, on-boarding and work permit
- Liaise with pension fund administration vendor on employee entries, exits and pensioner entries and exit
- Support client organization's strategic and short-term business objectives through implementation of key HR strategies
Your qualifications
- Profound experience of HR preferably in HR Operations/HR Admin role
- Communication skills and relationship building
- Experience with SAP systems
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to network with various HR and line functions
