for a Business Process Manager (f/m)

Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.

Tasks
• In charge of supporting a number of business production processes as part of the Asset Management / Wealth Managment Distribution organization.
• Overlooking of Document Publishing for fund related documents, coordinating Capability Reporting production with a number of stakeholders worldwide and coordination of client letters sent out to clients in case of corporate actions.
• In charge of a change process (Change the Bank) to optimize existing “Run the Bank” work and potentially transfer/integrate it to other parts of Asset Management organization.
• As “Run the Bank” portion is being reduced there is an opportunity to embark additional “Change the Bank” and help out the team with other assignments.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Business Process Manager.
• Experienced in managing business productive tasks but also with business process analysis and optimization.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Great organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Experience in working with IT are welcomed.
• Fluent in English and German.
