Your tasks:
- Support the OCM Lead in developing stakeholder map and ADKAR scorecard
- Ensure that stakeholder map and ADKAR scorecard are integrated into team meetings and updated regularly
- Liaise with business partners, stakeholders and engagement leads to organize, plan and track engagements across Europe, Americas and APAC regions
- Schedule ‘expert network’ training and support sites with materials, content for training sessions
- Be prepared to potentially host, organize and manage stakeholder engagements
- Work with Engagement, OCM and Project streams to create and maintain the Global KPI dashboard to ensure local change plans are executed across 15 target sites
- In collaboration with the OCM Lead, ensure governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
Your qualifications
- Profound experience as Project Manager
- Experience of working in IT implementation projects
- Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with excellent communication skills and being able to work independently
- Excellent relationship building skills and good presentation skills
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiarity with the Google Suite is an advantage
- Experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci desired
