Are you with good recruitment skills, staff management as well as technical knowledge of the banking world? Then you are the person we are looking to strengthen our team as part of a replacement of about six months.
Our recruitment specialists team is competent to identify and develop the best talent for the company. Our organization recruitment in Switzerland plays a particularly important role in the implementation of our HR strategy.
Tasks
• You are responsible for the full recruitment process for all different Switzerland business segments cantons VD / FR / NE / JU / VS.
• The main responsibilities of the function are:
• Effective identification, acquisition and employees- commitment appropriate.
• Service, advice and support line managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitoring and maintaining contact with applicants.
• Regular exchanges with other HR departments as well as your direct hierarchy.
Requirements
• Experience in the recruitment business (or investment firm) or more years in the front side area within a bank.
• Banking skills are a strong asset.
• Excellent negotiation skills, strong sense of service, strong customer orientation and ability to establish itself as a partner to our senior management.
• Professional presentation impeccable, good resilience to changing workloads, flexibility and mobility.
• You are fluent in French and English and have good conversational skills in German.
