Our client, a major pharma company based in the surroundings of BASEL is looking for a senir DB Administrator (UNIX/Linux)for a long term assignment starting in November 2015
Role Description
- Planning and executing all database-related activities and operations.
- Developing and implementing system concepts
- implementing, maintaining, monitoring and updating crossplatform distributed databases.
- This role would focus more on the warehouse management area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the administration of IT infrastructure projects
- Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally in PMX Rockwell
- Profound MS-SQL Server Knowledge
- Oracle DB Knowledge
- Database knowledge required (Unix or Linux/Suse/Redhat/Ubuntu)
- German and English both in written and spoken required
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge in IT Network
- Pharma experience
- GXP experience
