Service Delivery Manager - Continual Service Improvement

Our client, a global company headquartered out of Switzerland requires an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a flair and passion for continual service improvement for an immediate start in Zurich.

KEY SKILLS

  • Broad knowledge and experience in the area of Process Improvement, Managing Processes, Planning, Developing Standards, Emphasizing Excellence
  • Experience in designing services
  • Working know-how in service management and specifically of the ITIL framework (one or more ITIL V3 Intermediate Certifications)
  • Strong background in service management roles is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with process and technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
