Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, documenting and aligning operational processes with stakeholders
- Leading of calls and workshops, including adequate preparation, post-processing and documentation
- Independent management and tracking of the defined milestones, timely and qualitative delivery
- Translating regulatory and Business requirements with regard to "Wegleitung" of FWHT
- Structuring, steering, controlling and verifying requirements
- Self-reliant gathering of necessary requirements and process know-how
Required Skills/Experience:
Essential:
- Proven track record in implementing complex processes in a global financial institution
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, project management experience is an asset
- Flexible team player, conceptually strong, very structured, delivery-oriented problem solver with a hands-on working style and focus on personal excellence
- Stakeholder management skills - experience in development of effective engagement structures and in negotiating with and influencing stakeholder groups
- Fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired:
- Ideally experience with tax- or regulatory-driven transformation projects (FWHT is an asset) in the banking or financial services industry
- Know-how and experience in financial markets, Swiss universal bank operations and investment/banking products
- Extensive banking industry knowledge, ideally within Private Banking
