Release Management / Support - Investment / Asset Management - ServiceNow / Jira - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Release / Incident Manager to join a global bank. The role will also include 2nd and 3rd line support of banking applications as well as project work.Your Tasks;
- Release Management of business applications
- Incident review and resolution
- 2nd and 3rd line support
- Working closely with project teams for new releases
Your experience / skills;
- 3+ years Release Management
- Sound knowledge of banking applications (Investment / Asset Management)
- Excellent hands-on 2nd and 3rd line support skills
- Release / Incident Management tools know-how - ServiceNow, Jira etc.
