Edelway is a Swiss IT Services company. One of our clients a major financial institution based in Zurich, currently requires the skills of a Business Analyst with knowledge of equities/Fixed Income.
YOUR ROLE:
You will work primarily on a project to implement a new indexing platform into the Operations team ensuring it is fit for purpose.
* Documentation of existing business processes across a number of teams as well as acceptance criteria for a new indexing platform.
* Gap Analysis of existing processes against the new indexing platform and subsequent documentation of the requirements to fill any identified gaps.
* Hold structured and beneficial workshops with Operations staff and other key stakeholders to review existing processes and document, in the form of detailed requirements and process maps, end to end BAU processes and improve them.
* Build relationships with other teams within the project to effectively resolve issues.
* Assist the Test team in understanding business processes and identify key areas for testing.
* Assist on other projects, including regulatory preparation and Operational Quality.
* Assist in implementing structured Project Management methods
YOUR SKILLS:
- Solid technical skills and knowledge
- Previous experience working within a dynamic and fast paced financial institution
- In depth experience working as a Business Analyst
- Cross asset class knowledge: Equities, Fixed Income
LANGUAGE:
Fluency both written and oral in English
German would be a strong plus
