PMO Communications German & English speakerPMO Consultant required for an initial 3 month contract in Basel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational production of documents and communication materials
Obtaining the contents of the master presentation and their unification in the layout
Distributing global information
Preparation of materials in design, planning and creation of target group-oriented communication content
selection of appropriate communication channels
Development of communication strategies
Definition of appropriate key messages for communication materials (including newsletters)
advice and support of project management in all communication issues
Interface and contact person for project and sub-project manager and stakeholders regarding communication topics
Writing of target group-oriented texts on topics as diverse
Assist in planning the content of Project events as well as in administrative and organizational tasks
Operational implementation of the preparatory meeting
Document creation ( newsletters, presentations, posters, Excel tables, task lists, etc.)
driving in the local papers
Tracking of task lists and Controlling lists (eg stakeholder list) and consistent follow-through
Competencies
Experience in the field of communications
Experience with operational communication processes or internal corporate communications
Excellent drafting skills
Ability to describe complex relationships to target groups
Experience in project work and teamwork
Independent, proactive, structured and detailed way of working
Strong organizational skills and creativity
willingness to support the project team even with smaller communication activities
Mastery of MS Office ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Languages: German and English (fluent in spoken and written)
Immediate interviews with a start in mid April
Rate - € per day
