Laboratory/Scientific IT Supporter (Junior)
For our client a global pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an IT Supporter with strong scientific/laboratory background for a challenging contracting position until end of year.
In this position the IT Supporter will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support and ownership of tickets from opening to the closing.
Requirements:
- First experience in IT Support (1st, 2nd level)
- Strong IT interest, good IT understanding
- Scientific background, ideally education in Science
- At least 3 years experience in a pharmaceutical (research) environment
- Fluency in German a must
- Definite team player with proactive attitude
