For a project in a very international team at our banking client site in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for aTechnical Business Analysts for Application Development in the Credit Risk Domain (2478)
General Responsibilities and Requirements:
Gather, analyze, model and validate business requirements, conditions and priorities within application development projects in the Credit Risk Domain. The applications involved in these projects are used to manage and track mortgages and Lombard loans for private and corporate clients
Identify affected applications and interfaces and perform stakeholder analysis
Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional and non-function requirements specifications
Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation and testing phase
Provide subject matter expertise to support the development and validation of quality assurance, application architecture, testing and other project deliverables
Key Deliverables:
Production and sign-off of standard requirements engineering deliverables (Use Case Model, Business Object Model, Use Cases, Domain Object Model, Business Rule Specifications, Screen and Report Specifications, Non Functional Requirements Specifications, Project Requirements List) on time and with high quality
Effort estimations and task planning for Requirements Engineering related project tasks
Must Haves:
3 + years of experience in requirements engineering in application development (3 years for the more junior roles, 5-6 year for the more senior roles)
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of use case modelling
Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different backgrounds (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources Testers, etc.)
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in taking a leading role in big projects
Understanding of architecture diagrams (mostly UML component diagrams)
Nice to Haves:
Experience in the banking or finance industry
Credit risk domain know-how
Lombard and Mortgage know-how
Experience in international projects
Experience in JAVA programming
German and/or Italian knowledge
