Our client is a Swiss financial institute, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a Senior Consultant.
As a Senior Consultant you would be responsible for the following:
- Be part of the Bank strategic execution delivery
- Deliver objective recommendations and follow-on actions to senior Change Leads and Program Managers
- Lead workshops and focus groups for senior stakeholders
- Coach and provide leadership to junior members of the team and organisation
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates with the following profile:
- 10+ years' experience as a Consultant in Financial Services
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proven track record of leading, delivering large, complex change programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
