For our client in the Zurich area, Alpina HR Services is looking for a Test and Integration Manager (m/w)
Role description:
The role owner is responsible to run test campaign according to the guidelines provided by test management. Daily work is very much focused on communication to project and business testers (test leads) and coordination with developers, the tools used for that are email, telephone, excel and testing software. The role shall also contribute to test automation setup and methodical support of testing teams. Coordination and Communication of Testing Activities for Major Applications/Services.
Key Accountabilities:
· Ensure Testing Readiness
· Ensure Testing Progress
· Collect Testresults and define scope of releases
· Maintain Test Director / HP QC
· Maintain Topic related Excel Sheets and Sharepoint Sites
· Methodical Support for Testing teams
· Maintain Access Requests (Cyberark) for Test Environments
· Support Test Automation
Skills:
o Test Director / HP QC Administrator
o Excel (VBA is an advantage)
o Eclipse (ICE) is an advantage
o Java Script / SQL and PL/SQL is an advantage
Softskills:
o Solution and service oriented
o Self-ownership
o Good social grace in contact with business and IT Developers
o Willing to learn
o Very good communication skills
o Able to work under pressure
o Teamplayer
Required experience:
· German and English spoken / written fluent
· 2 years Software Testing / Unit Testing
· Banking and/or Finance industry Implementation Project experience
· Software Development is an advantage
· Helpful if test automation experience given
